A Channel-board-only binding on the stiff side, though not extremely stiff. It flexes very naturally underfoot, so response is quick on medium-flex boards. Oddly, the stiffer the board gets, the less response you feel. Vibration damping is average but impact absorption is generous. Reviewers note the toe strap doesn't connect well even paired with Burton boots.
