The highback is fairly stiff when you lean straight back and doesn't twist much, making it the closest of the Step On bindings in character to the original Burton Step On (the Union Atlas and Burton Genesis are far more generous). Boot-to-binding adjustment is limited, and forward lean only changes marginally via two screws.
