The highback is soft yet the response is very good, and above all it's symmetrical left to right — many bindings are sharp on the heel edge and dull on the toe edge, which leads to heel-turn problems, and this one doesn't have that. The 2025 model has a far softer highback than the 2023–24. It firms up underfoot somewhat, but it isn't dead. Vibration damping is excellent while impact absorption is disappointing — that's where the reviewer wants improvement.

- —Around 1 kg each, on the heavy side of medium — go Falcor, Strata or Ultra if you want light
