A light Step On boot that's back to near true-to-size after the sizing was fixed. The thinner liner packs out less, and the toe box is wider than the first-generation Step On boots (Photon, Ion). One catch: from this season there's no slot for Burton's J-bars, so narrow feet need separate foam.

- ✓Around 1.1kg for the boot alone — pair it with a light Step On binding and the setup is very light
- ✓Sizing is more accurate than the previous version (a quarter size of room at most)
- ✓The thinner liner packs out less over time
- ✓Wider toe box than first-generation Step On boots

- —No J-bar slots any more, so narrow feet need foam added
