At just over a kilo it's clearly lighter than older Step On boots like the Ion, and unusually for a Burton Step On, an E width fits without heat moulding. The forefoot is wider but the ankle and heel aren't overly roomy, so it still holds you. The liner takes heat moulding well and doesn't pack out like the old ones did. It runs a quarter to half a size long.
