One of the softest Step On boots the reviewer has worn. Three BOA dials letting you tighten the foot, ankle and upper separately is a good idea, but the blue rubber ankle support inside doesn't actually support much — it just creates a pressure point. The front folds over too easily, pressing your heel into the plastic of the Step On mount, and the strongest complaint is that this rubs the Achilles on hard toeside turns.
