The ultralight version of a tapered directional carving board. It's light yet has good pop, sharp rail-to-rail transitions and excellent glide. Its character presumes front-foot weighting and positive angles, though, which limits how you ride it, and rough snow and switch are weak. It's for advanced riders who carve groomers in a surfy style.

A carving shape laying directional camber onto a tapered directional. PLUS is Korua's ultralight build — light, yet without losing damping the way typical ultralight boards do.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A medium to upper-medium flex. Pop is remarkably good for an ultralight model and rail-to-rail transitions are powerful and sharp. Being ultralight, though, chatter over bumps is greater than on the standard build.

Who it suits
It specifies how you ride it — front-foot weighting with a positive-angle stance. For advanced to expert riders carving and driving down groomers in a surfer's style; it doesn't fit riders who push their turns.
