The Nitro Beast is a high-end park/freestyle twin providing outstanding stability, edge hold and explosive pop based on true camber and extreme stiffness. It shows its worth on jumps and in the halfpipe, but it's very weak at buttering and rail presses, so it's optimised for big-air and pipe-oriented advanced riders rather than technical jibbers. Riders unused to strong pop need an adaptation period.

It boasts top-tier stiffness among twin boards. Extremely stiff torsional flex means buttering and rail presses take considerable force, but stability and edge hold are outstanding in return.
Where it shines
Who it suits
Extreme stiffness and strong pop make it very hard for beginners or intermediates to handle. It's poppy enough that unexpected pop can cause over-rotation, suiting top-level riders who mainly ride halfpipe, jumps and technical rails.
Good
- ✓Extreme stability and edge hold — the edge doesn't waver even in high-speed carves and rough chunder
- ✓Explosive pop — it provides powerful rebound off jump lips, enough that you have to watch for overshooting
- ✓On basic jibs such as rail 50/50s, the board doesn't wobble and holds grip stably
- ✓Excellent vibration damping — it passes smoothly through rough snow
Not so good
- —Extremely difficult to butter — the contact-point sweet spot is very small and demands delicate handling
- —Rail presses are nearly impossible — the stiffness makes the board resist and spring back during nose/tail presses
- —Over-rotation risk from the strong pop — jump control needs care until you adapt
- —Unsuitable for all-mountain settings such as powder
