The Nidecker Gun isn't a daily driver for most riders — it's a long, stiff, aggressive board built for high-speed groomer carving and deep, low-angle powder. If you enjoy fast, wide-open turns and spending powder days surfing rather than slashing tight trees, it has a lot to offer, filling a very specific role extremely well.
Base shape (camber)
Directional camber
Directional camber on a tapered directional shape with the stance set back over 20mm. Even at 174 it isn't nearly as technical as you might expect, because there isn't as much board on the snow as its length suggests.

The Nidecker The Gun is a board specialised for high-speed carving and powder on wide open slopes. Carving spring feel and high-speed stability are excellent and float is good too, but a single size and weak handling in tight terrain make its purpose clearly divided.

Directional camber
A directional camber running from the tail through the inserts, transitioning into rocker as it heads into a long, extended nose. The overall length is 174cm but actual snow contact is about 108cm, so it handles more easily than the numbers suggest.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer

Advanced to expert only. Skidded turns and technical handling are difficult, so it only fits riders who commit and drive it.
