The Ride Agenda is a soft-flex board with a hybrid camber (twin standard camber) profile, optimised for beginners through lower intermediates learning snowboarding overall: turns, butters, jibs and basic park. Limitations such as insufficient pop and chatter at speed or on large jumps make it unsuitable for advanced riders, but for its target audience it's a very fine option. Comparable models include the Nidecker Cheap Thrills and Yes Basic.

Base shape (camber)

Hybrid camber

Ride's Twin Standard Camber profile has camber from between the feet out past the inserts, transitioning to rocker at the nose and tail tips. The rocker sections ease turn entry and exit, while the camber section provides pop, precision and power.

StiffnessHigher means stiffer

3/10

A soft flex below middle overall, growing softer toward the nose and tail. Foot steering is very easy and it's good for learning butters, jibs and nose/tail presses. At speed or on large jumps the tail bends excessively and pop return is below average.

Who it suits

New
Intermediate
Advanced

A soft nose and tail and easy foot steering make it ideal for beginners to learn on, covering up to lower intermediates. For advanced riders the limits are clear — lack of pop, high-speed chatter, an over-bending tail — so it isn't suitable.

Good

  • Easy turn entry/exit and edge transitions optimised for beginners through lower intermediates
  • Outstanding for learning freestyle basics such as butters, nose/tail presses and jibs
  • Urethane sidewalls absorb vibration for a stable ride feel
  • High landing stability on small-to-medium jumps, and low-speed Eurocarving is possible

Not so good

  • Nose and tail chatter appears at speed with a clear speed limit
  • Pop is insufficient on large jumps and the tail folds, giving poor energy return
