The redesign made it a little longer and narrower, and it no longer feels as aggressive. In exchange it is turnier and slashier, and genuinely fun to carve on groomers. The lifted nose tech is a highlight. The one complaint is a single set-back insert on the back foot and none on the front.

An alternative freeride board redesigned longer and narrower for 26/27. Chatter absorption is outstanding yet the pop is still there, and it turns far better than its predecessor, making it fun on groomed slopes too. Powder, carving and speed are all evenly good, while the single setback insert narrows powder setup options. It's for advanced riders who charge between powder and groomers.

Fully redesigned for 26/27 into a directional freeride shape that is longer and narrower than its predecessor. That broadened its versatility across terrain and clearly improved how it turns and slashes on groomers.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A medium to upper-medium flex. It's a rare combination — a heavily damped board that still keeps its pop alive. Vibration absorption on chopped-up snow is excellent.
Where it shines
Who it suits
An alternative freeride platform, it fits advanced to expert riders who push between powder and groomers. On the 158, boots size 9–10 are about right.
Good
