A board that puts flat camber on a Simmons-derived shape taken from Chris Christenson's Ocean Racer. Its official flex of 15/20 puts it on the stiff side, and good initial acceleration and glide make it strong at pushing through wide-open slopes with speed. Conversely the tail washes in carves and it isn't suited to quick turns or tight terrain, so its use case differs from the Accel Camber models.

The classic base design Gentemstick calls 'flat camber'. It's flat underfoot and lifts slightly toward the tips, so you can move freely in 3D terrain without forcing weight onto your back foot. A diamond tail creates snapback for fast turn entry.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
15 on the official 20-step scale, putting it on the stiff side of the Gentemstick line. Initial acceleration and edge engagement are quick and straight-line running is stable. However, due to the sidecut, response feels sluggish in quick turns or tight trees.
Where it shines
Who it suits
A stiff flex and strong snap from the diamond tail make it well suited to intermediates and up. It fits a style of riding open slopes with speed, and handling tight, technical terrain takes experience.
