The Rossignol Jibsaw is a camber-rocker hybrid board specialised for park jibbing and buttering, with a soft nose and tail making press moves feel very natural. That said, pop and snap are disappointing and edge hold is insufficient at speed and in all-mountain settings, so it suits park-focused riders or park newcomers best. It's a fine choice on gentler terrain such as the Midwest, but it isn't suitable for big-mountain all-mountain riding.

Hybrid camber
Rosal's Amp Tech Elite camber system: camber between the feet with rocker at the nose and tail — a camber-based hybrid construction. It provides edge hold and pop underfoot while making nose and tail presses and butters easy.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A medium flex overall, but with soft nose and tail and a mid-level centre underfoot. Torsional flex is also on the soft side, so there's little resistance. Despite being a camber-based board, pop and snap are somewhat lacking.
Where it shines
Who it suits
It suits riders getting into the park and park-focused intermediates. Its forgiving character is easy for park newcomers to handle, but a lack of high-speed stability and edge hold makes it unsuitable for advanced all-mountain riding.
Good
- ✓A soft nose and tail make buttering and press moves easy and the sweet spot easy to hold
- ✓Board feel is good in rail jibbing, cradling after landing to hold the rail stably
- ✓Fast micro-adjustments are possible in short carves (rail approaches and so on) with excellent edge hold
- ✓It provides a forgiving ride character for park newcomers
Not so good
- —Pop and snap don't meet expectations for a camber-based board, with insufficient energy return
- —It tends to bounce or lose the edge on icy sections at speed and in medium-to-large carves
- —Insufficient edge hold in all-mountain riding (big mountains, high speed) limits it as a daily driver
- —Poor ability to stop rotation on landing when over-rotated puts it at a disadvantage on large jumps
