A board for advanced riders who want to freeride on a budget, with stability in rough snow and smooth edge power delivery as its strengths. Snap responsiveness is somewhat low and carving requires active weight shifts, though, which can make it tricky for beginners and intermediates. Overall it sits closer to all-mountain freeride than all-mountain freestyle.

Directional camber
Amplid's Directional Cruise Camber profile applies rocker at the nose and camber underfoot. The camber section is slightly setback, and the nose rocker improves ease of turn entry and exit and powder float.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
Stiffer than expected for a directional twin. The nose is slightly soft with a flex point where rocker meets camber, and it stiffens progressively toward the tail. Torsional flex isn't excessive, and buttering takes a degree of force.
Where it shines
Who it suits
Carving demands weight transfer and active driving, and getting above-average snap takes more effort. Without carving technique it's hard to handle, so it suits intermediates and up, especially freeride-oriented advanced riders.
