A powder-first board that combines medium camber with 3BT and a swallowtail to greatly improve powder float and turn initiation. Compared with the previous model, the flex is softer, it's lighter and edge power has improved, making it more approachable — but a key flex point ahead of the rear insert pack limits deep carving, so it's best suited to powder lovers.

Hybrid camber
A hybrid camber construction: traditional camber underfoot, high 3BT (including sidekick) at the nose and low 3BT at the tail. The nose rocker aids powder float and turn initiation, while the low 3BT at the tail improves edge bite while still providing some 3D shaping effect.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A soft-to-medium flex overall. The nose is soft in a spatula shape, stiffening progressively toward the tail — a directional flex. Torsional flex is quite supple, making ankle steering easy. Powder channels give the tail higher torsional stiffness than the previous model.
Where it shines
Who it suits
A softer flex than the previous model raises accessibility, while a progressive flex pattern and powder-focused design suit intermediate and above riders. That said, the key flex point ahead of the rear insert pack can cause washout during deep carves, so it isn't suited to beginners.
Good
- ✓Outstanding powder float — the combination of Sidekick, 3BT and the swallowtail makes powder riding efficient
- ✓Improved edge power and edge hold over the previous model — the step-down rail sidewalls provide more positive lock-in when carving
- ✓Lighter weight — a new core and supertubes make it lighter than the previous model
- ✓Freestyle tricks such as butters and 180/360 nose rolls are possible thanks to the soft spatula nose
Not so good
- —In deep hard carves, the key flex point ahead of the rear insert pack overflexes and washes out
- —Nose chatter develops on fast groomers, with fine vibration felt under the front foot, which can make it unstable on rutted terrain
- —Insufficient damping on icy rough terrain (icy chunder) can produce an unsettled ride
