An all-mountain freestyle board built on full reverse camber, designed so you can ride butters, powder and side hits across varied terrain easily and enjoyably. It succeeds the Kota Rocker and suits intermediate riders in particular, and it stands out for using Grip Tech to partly make up for rocker's characteristic lack of traction. Big jumps and high-speed freeriding are limits, though, so it's recommended to all-round playful riders.

Full reverse camber (full rocker) from the centre to the tips, with GripTech underfoot securing traction even on groomers. A typical System Rocker construction.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
Slightly softer than medium overall. The nose is a touch soft and it stiffens progressively from the midsection to the tail. Torsional flex is very abundant, so ankle steering is easy.
Where it shines
Who it suits
An intermediate board with an all-mountain freestyle bent, whose easy engagement and buttering character suit intermediates. It's intermediate-friendly enough to be called an 'intermediate Rad Dad board'; for advanced jumps or high-speed riding a camber board is a better fit, and it isn't a board for complete beginners.
Good
- ✓Full reverse camber makes buttering, pressing and powder riding very easy and intuitive
- ✓Grip Tech secures short and medium carving traction on groomers despite being a rocker board
- ✓Skate-like pop suits it to small and medium features such as side hits
- ✓Well damped overall, giving a smooth, consistent ride for a rocker board
Not so good
- —Chatter develops at speed because of the soft nose
- —Not suited to big jumps — pop and landing stability fall short of camber boards
- —Weak centre lock-on when jibbing and a tendency to slide fore and aft, so it isn't a dedicated jib board
- —Centre power loss in aggressive Euro carves makes it hard to handle unless you're experienced
