The Salomon Fastlane, from the Horizon series, is a tapered directional board combining backseat camber with nose rocker, designed to deliver intense performance in big mountain terrain and on hard groomers. A lightweight aspen core and a sintered base maximise speed and responsiveness in an intermediate-to-advanced freeride deck, especially suited to riders who need powder float and strong turn energy.

Directional camber
A back-seat camber construction where camber forms more strongly from behind the front foot to the tail, with rocker applied at the nose — a hybrid directional camber. It delivers strong energy from the tail while the nose provides powder buoyancy.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A hard-charging freeride board that realises an optimal flex by tuning thickness underfoot with a hand-selected aspen core. It's stiff overall, though the core design secures some suppleness too.
