25/26 season review
This review does not directly cover the 26/27 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
The Nidecker Sensor Mons is Mons Røisland's pro model, a high-end stiff park board based on traditional camber. Powerful pop and launch, excellent high-speed stability and excellent carving performance optimise it for advanced riders who enjoy big air and slopestyle.
Buttering and jibbing are somewhat limited so it isn't suitable for every rider, but it's a very satisfying choice for advanced park riders pursuing performance to the limit.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Camber
A traditional camber profile from contact point to contact point, with a large amount of camber applied across the board, providing high load, pop and power.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A high-end stiff flex, consistent across the whole board. A slight flex point near the inserts keeps it from being completely rigid, so responsiveness is excellent. Torsional flex is similarly stiff to the overall flex but not rigid.

Advanced
A high-end stiff park board suited to advanced riders who can handle strong pop and power. Buttering and jibbing are difficult and take a lot of force, so it isn't suitable for beginners and intermediates.
What the review liked
- ✓Powerful pop and launch from traditional camber deliver big air off jumps
- ✓Excellent high-speed stability means no chatter or flap even on bumpy terrain or irregular snow
- ✓Excellent carving performance etches deep trenches in short, fast curves with powerful edge grip
- ✓A consistent, smooth ride feel delivers stable performance on groomers and varied terrain
What the review found lacking
- —Buttering is very difficult, needing a lot of strength and speed, and press depth is limited too
- —Jibbing performance is weak, staying at basic slopestyle jib level and demanding a lot of muscle
