If you want easy set-back float, this may disappoint. What it offers instead is a ride far damper than its flex without sacrificing pop. Few boards with this much pop and this easy a flex handle uneven snow so well.

A high-tech carving-specialised deck combining a Cruise Camber profile, Anti-Phase 4.0 and 3D nose shaping. Its excellent stability and snap let it cover everything from light cruising to aggressive trench carving. It isn't suited to buttering or park tricks, but it's a board to strongly recommend to intermediate and advanced riders who enjoy carving groomers. Boards of similar character include the Stranded Biru, Telos Lumerian and Nitro Slash.

Amplid's 'Cruise Camber' profile: rocker at the nose with camber across the rest of the board — a camber-based hybrid. The nose rocker improves ease of turn initiation and powder float, while the camber section provides pop, snap and drive.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A flex slightly stiffer than medium. Its directional design makes the nose (the rocker section) softest, with a flex point where rocker meets camber and increasing stiffness toward the tail. Another flex point inside the back foot supports arcing during back-seat carving. Torsional flex is very snappy and highly responsive.
Where it shines
Who it suits
Somewhat stiffer than medium and a high-tech deck specialised for carving performance, it suits intermediates and up who enjoy cruisy carving. It isn't suited to beginners who mainly enjoy freestyle tricks such as buttering.
