The Rome Stale Crewzer is an all-mountain performance board providing powerful pop, stable carving and excellent powder float on the basis of a Fusion Camber profile. It's ideal when an advanced rider wants to enjoy every terrain — powder, jumps, groomers — on a single board, and it delivers a feel very similar to the K2 Team Manifest. Buttering and jibbing take extra effort, but its overall riding performance otherwise is among the best of the season.

Hybrid camber
Rome's Fusion Camber profile — a camber-based hybrid with a touch of rocker blended at the nose and tail tips. The camber section provides pop, power and drive, while the rocker section improves powder float and agility entering and exiting turns.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A flex slightly harder than medium. It bends well where camber meets rocker, while the section between the feet isn't especially soft. Torsional flex is at a similar level to the overall flex, and the nose and tail tips are stiff enough that buttering takes considerable force.
Where it shines
Who it suits
A board for advanced riders, demanding a high skill set. Careless riding risks getting hit by the board, and buttering and jibbing take considerable effort, which can be demanding for beginners and intermediates.
Good
- ✓Excellent pop and snap — it delivers powerful ollie performance despite having only one hot rod in the tail
- ✓All-mountain performance — excellent across varied terrain including powder float, carving, jumps and groomers
- ✓Stable edge hold — it maintains excellent stability and edge grip even in high-speed carves and Eurocarves
- ✓Better-than-expected powder float — the nose rides up on the snow well, allowing stable landings off powder jumps
Not so good
- —Difficult buttering and jibbing — nose and tail presses need excessive weight transfer, making it unsuitable for beginner jibbers
- —Slight chatter — despite the impact plates, a somewhat lively feel means vibration is felt on rough snow
- —Overshoot risk from strong pop — loading the tail at too much speed can overshoot the landing
