Living up to Jed Anderson's pro model, the Ride Kink is a soft-flex twin optimised for jibbing and park tricks, delivering excellent pop and snap thanks to a Twin Extra Camber that's close to traditional camber. Despite being a park jib board, its carving performance is far better than expected, and overall it's a very fun, addictive board to ride. That said, a narrow sweet spot and hook-up behaviour make it suited to riders with some experience.

Ride's 'Twin Extra Camber' profile applies small rocker only at the tip and tail ends of a long camber section. It's effectively close to traditional camber, and the micro-rocker makes turn entry and exit slightly easier while providing a sweet spot for presses and butters.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A middle-of-the-road jib board flex, with play at the tip and tail that firms up toward the centre. Torsional flex is matched consistently, providing a soft, responsive feel.
Where it shines
Who it suits
A long camber section means it can hook up at the contact points during nose and tail presses, making it hard for beginners to handle. It suits intermediates and up who understand jibbing and tricks, especially park and jib-focused riders.
