It is not the best floater in powder compared with some of its peers, but it offers up a pretty poppy, full-camber, dynamic ride underfoot that really shines on groomers — a great choice for those who see a lot of hard snow.

A tapered directional shape with full camber and a big setback. A later update added more surface area to the nose and tail.

An all-mountain carving specialist carrying Mervin's C3 hybrid camber to provide camber's drive and rocker's steerability at once. Extremely stable damping and Magnetraction deliver outstanding performance even in icy, rough conditions, and it comes strongly recommended to advanced riders who enjoy steep and deep terrain and aggressive carving. It's specialised for line hunting, cliff drops and high-speed carving rather than park tricks or pop-focused riding.

Hybrid camber
An MVIN C3 camber profile, camber-dominant with a touch of reverse camber blended between the feet. A hybrid construction providing full camber's drive, pop and snap while the reverse camber improves foot steerability.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
Stiffer than medium despite being a 153, with a flexible tail and a slightly soft nose. Torsional flex is matched to the overall flex, so it doesn't feel especially soft during foot steering.

Who it suits
Designed for riders who prefer aggressive riding and steep, deep terrain, it demands advanced techniques such as cliff drops and high-speed carving in icy conditions, so it isn't suited to beginners and intermediates.
Good

- ✓Magnetraction maximises ice grip, handling every carving style from short edges to large carves with no boot-out even in Euro carves
- ✓Buttering sweet spots exist in both the tail and the nose, allowing presses in a variety of styles
Not so good
- —Tail pop leans toward edge hold and power rather than snap, making it unsuitable for pop-focused park riding
- —It isn't a buttering or trick-specialised board, which may disappoint freestyle-oriented riders
