A directional powder-carving board built on a cruise-missile concept of crossing powder at speed. It comes into its own when you push it with speed and power, optimised for intermediate and advanced riders who enjoy both powder riding and aggressive carving. It isn't suited to tricks or low-speed riding, so it's recommended to riders who want a powder/carving specialist rather than an all-mountain freestyle board.

Jones's Christensen Surf Camber Rocker profile: long rocker at the nose, camber between the insert packs, and a small rocker at the tail — a directional cam-rocker construction. The camber section provides pop, snap and drive, while the rocker eases turn entry and exit and improves powder float.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A directional flex with a soft nose stiffening progressively toward the tail. It's a little hard overall but not fully plank-like. Torsional flex exists but responds very readily and quickly. Two distinct flex points sit inside the rear insert pack and outside the front insert (the rocker-camber boundary).
Where it shines
Who it suits
A board that performs best when driven with speed and power; at low speed it's hard to handle and feels dull. It demands precise weight distribution and edging ability, so it suits intermediates and up.
Good
- ✓Excellent penetration and damping in powder let it plough through heavy snow
- ✓Excellent carving performance at speed, with the ability to lay it over hard from the back foot in aggressive carves
- ✓It comes alive on groomers as speed builds, encouraging precise riding
- ✓A responsive torsional flex makes snap and spring work effectively in short turns
Not so good
- —It feels dull and sluggish at low speed, making it unsuitable for relaxed riding
- —Lacking pop and snap severely limits trick performance in park, ollies and buttering
- —Nose chatter and flap exist, transmitting vibration under the front foot
- —On icy snow you feel the impacts directly, reducing stability
