The Ride Manic is a directional twin for beginner-to-intermediate riders aimed at all-mountain freestyle, and its cam-rocker hybrid profile lets it handle pop, jibbing and getting into carving in even measure. It shows limits in high-speed stability and demanding terrain, but it provides sufficient performance in consistency and predictability for progressing riders. Comparable boards include the Rome Warden, Salomon Sight and Arbor Formula.

Ride's 'Directional Standard Camber' profile combines long rocker at the nose, camber through the insert section and short rocker at the tail — a cam-rocker layout. The camber provides pop, snap and drive, while the rocker improves ease of turn entry and exit and powder float.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
Slightly softer than middle-of-the-road. The nose is more flexible thanks to the rocker, and from where rocker meets camber to the tail it keeps a consistent stiffness. High torsional flex makes ankle steering easy and edge-to-edge response quick.

Who it suits
Designed for progressing riders (beginners and intermediates), its predictable, consistent response suits development. Advanced riders can easily overpower it given the lack of high-speed stability and carving limits, so it isn't recommended for them.
