It now has set-back inserts and much better directional float, and it is a good bit softer in the nose and tail while keeping the same flex between the feet — which makes it so recommendable as a one-board quiver. An excellent mid-wide board for people with 10+ boots, or an excellent carving board for people with more normal feet. For all-day riding we still prefer the narrower sibling's quicker turn initiation, but on clean, perfect groomers this was hands down the favourite.

The Never Summer Proto T3 Ultra is a top-tier all-mountain board for the 2025/26 season combining a triple camber recurve construction, a WU core and a precision-stitched carbon matrix, providing powerful edge hold in icy conditions along with excellent pop and power. A full twin tip that also offers a powder-capable stance option, it's optimised for advanced riders who want to handle park, carving and powder on a single board. That said, its medium-stiff flex makes it better suited to riders aiming at medium-to-large features and freeride than to small park features or trick-centred riding.

A triple camber recurve construction with camber at the nose and tail and a small camber pocket between the feet, camber-dominant overall. The nose and tail tips have a slight flat section, providing a catch-free feel.

A medium-stiff flex able to handle medium and large park features as well as carving on hardpack and icy conditions. It isn't too stiff to use in the park, but suits medium and large features better than small ones.
