24/25 season review
This review does not directly cover the 26/27 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
An all-mountain board that inherits Sage Kotsenburg's pro model DNA while being reborn with a playful 5/10 flex. High-end materials including Triax fibreglass, IC20 carbon and Dark Web carbon stringers give it excellent pop and edge responsiveness, suiting intermediate and above riders who enjoy both freeriding and freestyle.
It's an all-rounder deck that delivers balanced performance across varied snow environments, including the Midwest.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Hybrid camber
Developed from Sage Kotsenburg's pro model, with the nose and tail profiled and the core thinning between the bindings. It uses a setback directional twin shape.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A medium flex at 5 out of 10 with a playful, easy-to-handle character. It's far softer than the Antidote (9/10) and responds by digging readily into the sidecut, handling freeride and freestyle in balance.

Intermediate · Advanced
A 5/10 flex that's playful yet built with high-end components — premium Triax fibreglass, IC20 carbon and Dark Web carbon stringers. Intermediates can dig into the sidecut and turn easily, but the premium materials push the price up, so it suits intermediate and above rather than beginners.
What the review liked
- ✓A Triax fibreglass construction (six layers total) provides high snap, pop and durability
- ✓IC20 carbon (20 strands running tip to tail) plus Dark Web carbon stringers maximise edge power transmission
- ✓It uses a setback directional twin shape spanning freeride and freestyle
- ✓The BAP wood core comes with a five-year warranty
What the review found lacking
- —The high-end materials put it in a high price bracket
- —Less stiff than the Antidote, which may limit high-intensity freeriding and extreme riding
