The Moss Snowstick Jellyfish is a board specialised for carving drawn by pressing with the back foot. Its character is making stylish turns at lower speeds rather than pushing aggressively, and powder float and glide are excellent. It suits riders who want to go along with its surfboard-like character rather than fight it.
Base shape (camber)
Directional camber
A directional camber with long, mellow rocker running from the middle of the board to the nose and a very large setback. It's the model where Moss's characteristic feel of carving by pressing with the back foot shows most clearly.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A medium flex at 6 out of 10. The tail is unusually soft so buttering is easy, while the camber section rises to medium-stiff. Pop is good, with a smooth, damped, rubbery feel.
Where it shines
Who it suits
For advanced to expert riders. It doesn't suit riders who carve by pressing with the front foot; you need the willingness to accept and adapt to its surfboard-like character.
