It still has a lot of the first generation's personality but with a little more setback, taper and a turnier feel. It does not feel heavy for this much surface area. Sizing up is too much board unless you are in deep, semi-light powder, so the shorter size is usually the better call.

A powder-specialised directional rocker-camber board whose greatest strength is combining float in deep snow with high-speed carving performance. It's ideal for intermediate and advanced riders enjoying powder days and the groomers the day after, and it comes strongly recommended to all-mountain and backcountry-oriented riders rather than park or trick-focused ones.

Jones's directional rocker-camber profile: a large rocker section at the nose, a camber section from underfoot to the rear inserts and a small rocker section at the tail. The camber provides pop, propulsion and stability, while the nose and tail rocker handle ease of turn entry and exit and powder float.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A directional flex, stiffer than medium. The nose is comparatively soft thanks to the 3D spoon shape, making buttering easy, while from underfoot to the tail it provides a stiff, fluid flex. Torsional flex is stiff enough to require considerable force.
