19/20 · 18/19 season review
This review does not directly cover the 26/27 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
The Moss Snowstick Wing SW is a snowsurf-dedicated board with extreme setback, pushed right back to the tail. Back-foot steering feel in powder and between trees is outstanding, but it only suits advanced riders ready to accept that style.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Hybrid camber
A hybrid construction transitioning from mellow camber into nose early rise. The stance is shifted extremely far back, so the sense of steering with the back foot is stronger than on any board tested so far.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A medium flex at 6 out of 10. The tail is unusually soft, making buttering easy, while the rest sits at medium.

Advanced
For advanced to expert riders. You have to be willing to adapt to an extremely rearward stance.
What the review liked
- ✓Back-foot steering and control are overwhelming
- ✓Fast edge transitions let it slip through tight sections well
- ✓Stable and catch-free despite the extreme setback
- ✓Excellent base glide performance
What the review found lacking
- —The extremely rearward stance gives it low versatility and limits who it suits
- —Switch riding performance falls short
- —High-speed performance is limited
- —Not suited to aggressive hardpack carving, jibbing, jumps or pipe
