24/25 season review
This review does not directly cover the 25/26 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
A balanced all-mountain/powder board for riders who chase powder but don't want to give up groomer carving and freestyle. The cam-rocker profile makes it highly predictable and stable, and it takes carving, buttering and pop in its stride.
The single 157 size is a limitation, but it's a well-executed new addition to the Amplid line-up.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Hybrid camber
A Cam-Rocker construction with rocker at the tip and tail and camber underfoot. It keeps traditional camber's pop and drive while the rocker zones make turn entry and exit easier and improve powder float.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A medium powder-board flex. The tips are soft and the midsection stiffer, with the tail slightly stiffer than the nose — a directional character. Torsional flexibility is adequately provided.

Rider levels suggested in the review
Intermediate · Advanced
Predictable, stable riding characteristics let it handle either an aggressive or relaxed style as the situation calls for, suiting intermediate to advanced riders. A powder-specialised character and directional setup may present some barrier for beginners.
What the review liked
- ✓A highly predictable, stable ride — one look and you know how it'll go
- ✓Balanced performance across powder, groomer carving, buttering and side hits
- ✓The impact plate suppresses chatter, keeping it stable on rough snow
- ✓Easy, natural pop makes trying tricks approachable
What the review found lacking
- —Some chatter can develop in the rocker sections
- —Only released in a single 157 size, narrowing the fit options
- —The pop is sufficient but not top-tier snap
- —The tail is slightly stiffer than the nose, so buttering takes extra effort
