The YES All In XTRM is a board that has remained almost the same except for the flex but has changed names three times — it started as the Pyzel, then the All Out, and now the All In XTRM. Same shape, same everything, just a stiffer flex for 2026. It's a very versatile one-board quiver sitting right on the border of all-mountain and freeride.

Good
- ✓A very versatile one-board quiver that sits right on the border of all-mountain and freeride
- ✓Super fun to carve and it grips really well off the front foot
- ✓Easy directional float in powder, and it rides centred pretty well on groomers too

Not so good
- —It doesn't fit boot sizes under 10 very well, though that could be a positive if your feet are bigger
The Yes All-In Xtrm (2026) is a board that delivers excellent versatility on the all-mountain/freeride border, based on a 6mm tapered directional shape and hybrid camber. A stiffer flex than the previous model improves carving performance and powder float, but it's optimised for intermediate-to-advanced riders with size 10+ boots and a front-foot weighting style. Boot size constraints and asymmetric indentation are disappointments, but for riders with the right specs it can be a very satisfying one-board quiver.

A camber-based profile that maintains camber out past the inserts, but with early rise applied before the nose and tail — a hybrid layout. It doesn't have full camber's completely locked-in feel, and it has more camber than the All In model.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
The 2026 model is noticeably stiffer than the previous All Out and Pyzel, and YES's official flex rating matches the actual feel. The tail is quite stiff while the nose is comparatively softer. It suits riders around 84–88kg and can accommodate heavier riders too.

Who it suits
The stiffer flex introduced for 2026 makes turn initiation somewhat difficult and the board hard to twist, so it isn't suited to beginners. It suits committed intermediates through advanced riders and is optimised for riders in boots size 10 and up.
Good
- ✓It delivers excellent edge grip on hard, icy snow when weighting the front foot (thanks to the distinctive indentation at the waist)
- ✓A 7.7m sidecut handles varied turns in balance, from medium radius to circle carves
- ✓Using the setback inserts gives 3.5 inches of setback at a 22.5-inch stance, easing powder float
- ✓Switch riding works surprisingly well despite the 6mm tapered directional shape
- ✓It provides pop suited to jumps and ollies, capable of handling park kickers from small to large
Not so good
- —The width doesn't suit boots size 9 and under, making it unsuitable; size 10 and above is recommended
- —The stiffer flex makes tail butters and turn initiation harder than the previous model
- —Asymmetric front/back edge indentation can cause the edge to wash out when weighting the back foot on hard snow
- —It may be excessively stiff for riders who prefer a soft flex or who are lighter
