The Rossignol XV is an advanced board with a hybrid camber profile combining camber between the feet with nose/tail rocker, showing its strength in high-speed carving and technical all-mountain terrain. A stiff nose and directional flex give it excellent edge holding and stability, but limits are pronounced at low speed and in situations needing suppleness such as buttering. It's a board optimised for riders attacking steep, rough terrain at speed like Xavier de le Rue.

An Amptech Elite Rocker profile with camber between the feet, a long rocker section at the nose and a short rocker section at the tail. The camber between the feet secures stability and edge hold, while the nose and tail rocker provides manoeuvrability in tight spots.
StiffnessHigher means stiffer
A directional flex set stiff at the nose and slightly softer at the tail. Torsional flex is stiffer than average too, so twisting isn't easy. It suits driving with power but is unfavourable for tricks such as buttering.
