25/26 season review
This review does not directly cover the 26/27 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
The Rome Service Dog is a powder-specialised all-mountain board completely redesigned for the 2025/26 season, where rocker-camber-rocker Fusion Camber and a directional tapered shape provide outstanding float and playfulness in powder. A middle flex of 5/10 makes it thoroughly usable in all-mountain settings too, though stability can be somewhat lacking in icy conditions.
It's a board strongly recommended to intermediate-to-advanced riders who enjoy powder riding.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Hybrid rocker
A rocker-camber-rocker Fusion Camber profile. The camber between the feet provides pop and responsiveness, while the rocker at both ends provides stability and float in powder.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A middle flex at 5 out of 10. It's on the softer side among all-mountain boards, providing flexibility and playfulness. In icy conditions stability can feel somewhat lacking.

- ✓The middle flex gives it excellent playfulness and suppleness in all-mountain settings

What the review found lacking
- —Stability falls off in icy or hard snow conditions
- —A soft flex for an all-mountain board limits high-speed carving and hard-snow performance
