24/25 · 23/24 season review
This review does not directly cover the 26/27 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
A swallowtail powder board with 20 mm of setback. Powder float rates a top-tier 5/5, and it takes carving on groomed slopes surprisingly well while being easy to handle regardless of where you put your weight.
On the other hand, switch riding is effectively off the table, and the softish flex means it isn't for high-speed charging. It's for advanced riders who prioritise powder in big-mountain terrain.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Directional camber
A powder/snowsurf shape laying a swallowtail onto a tapered directional with 20mm of setback. It actually feels more centred than boards with heavier taper, so the tail doesn't wash out whether you load the front foot, the centre or the back foot.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A medium flex with a rubbery character. Soft for a freeride/snowsurf board, it stands on the side of forgiveness rather than support.

Advanced
For advanced to expert riders prioritising powder in big-mountain terrain. Switch riding is effectively out (1.5/5) and you need to be comfortable with the swallowtail shape.
What the review liked
- ✓Top-tier powder float (5/5) — it stays up even in thigh-deep snow
- ✓Carving on groomers is surprisingly fun and responsive (4/5)
- ✓The tail doesn't wash out wherever you weight it — front foot, centre or back foot
- ✓Good base glide (4/5)
What the review found lacking
- —Switch riding is virtually impossible (1.5/5)
- —Soft flex for a freeride board
- —Not enough for charging chopped-up snow at speed or handling technical terrain
