The Psychocandy 24/25 is a unisex all-mountain freestyle board combining volume-shift technology with a reverse camber (rocker) construction. The combination of a soft nose and a stiff tail with Carbon Slimewalls provides outstanding control in powder and tree runs, and it maintains highly refined performance in the 24/25 season, which updates only the graphics.

Board profile

The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.

Hybrid rocker

Reverse camber (rocker) on a flat base, with a large rocker section at the nose and a small one at the rear — a directional construction.

How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.

4/10

A soft nose combined with a comparatively stiff tail (Rollin Slimewall plus carbon Slimewall) makes it lean soft-to-medium overall.

Rider levels suggested in the review

New · Intermediate

As a volume-shifted board it's ridden shorter and so is easy to control, and its soft nose and tight tail structure suit beginners and intermediates. A dual-focus design usable by all riders.

What the review liked

  • ✓The volume-shift design (sizing down 3–6cm) gives it high manoeuvrability in tree runs and powder
  • ✓Carbon Array 3 makes it lighter and improves responsiveness
  • ✓A dual-focus design usable by both men and women broadens its application
  • ✓A stiff tail secures pop and stability

What the review found lacking

  • —Edge grip may fall short of a camber board in advanced carving or high-speed riding
  • —Advanced riders may find the overall flex somewhat soft
