Hybrid camber
An SVC variable camber based on LTB, but with an extended effective edge that raises turn sharpness and spin performance.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A medium flex. The effective edge is longer than the LTB's, so turns bite in more sharply.

Aimed at intermediate to advanced riders. Its longer effective edge means you need the technique to handle both ground tricks and tricks on the move.
What the review liked
- ✓Extended effective edge over the LTB makes turns sharper
- ✓Improved spin performance
- ✓It handles both ground tricks and landing rotations
- ✓A convex base makes turn transitions smooth
What the review found lacking
- —The long effective edge makes it hard for beginners to handle
- —Hold isn't at the level of a dedicated carving board
- —It isn't designed for powder
25/26 season review
The BX is the hybrid camber deck with the strongest tension in Spread's X series, handling aerial tricks and butter tricks in balance through high nose and tail rebound and a soft centre flex. Quick response in the high-speed range and stable pop regardless of snow conditions are its strengths, and it's a board suited to intermediate and advanced riders who enjoy freestyle and park riding.

A hybrid camber construction with camber (tension) at the nose and tail and a soft centre flex. It has the strongest tension in the X series.

Tensioned overall but with a softly designed centre flex, giving a medium to medium-hard flex that handles both high rebound and butter tricks.

Quick movement in the high-speed range, high rebound and ease of handling in the air suit intermediates and up, and it handles butter-family moves in balance too, so it's recommended for intermediate to advanced freestyle riders.
