24/25 season review
This review does not directly cover the 25/26 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
The 2026 Nitro Nova is a reasonably priced all-mountain deck based on Cam Out camber and a directional shape, usable broadly from beginners to experts. A dual degressive sidecut provides easy turn initiation and strong edge hold at once, optimised for powder float and roaming the whole mountain.
It's an ideal choice for riders who value value-for-money and practicality.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Hybrid camber
A Camout camber profile keeping traditional camber underfoot between the bindings, with Early Lift (rocker) applied at the nose and tail tips — a hybrid camber layout. It maintains stability and edge hold while improving powder float and forgiveness when linking turns.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A medium flex providing balanced stiffness suited to all-mountain riding. A standard core profile underfoot guarantees support and responsiveness, while a poplar wood core (Power Core) adds snap and liveliness.

What the review liked
- ✓The dual degressive sidecut makes turns easy to start with excellent edge retention through the turn
- ✓Cam Out camber secures stability, edge hold, powder float and forgiveness in linking turns all at once
- ✓The extruded FH base holds wax well, is easy to repair when damaged and is price-competitive
- ✓The directional shape and long nose give it excellent powder float and all-mountain versatility
What the review found lacking
- —The extruded base may have somewhat lower top-speed performance than sintered bases such as Sinotex
- —The directional design may limit switch riding and specialist park/freestyle performance
