25/26 season review
The 2026 Salomon Sleepwalker is a mid-soft flex twin-tip board specialised for park and freestyle, delivering balanced performance on rails, presses and jumps through a Rockout Camber profile. Technical elements such as core milling and Royal rubber sidewalls support pop and stability at once, making it an all-mountain freestyle board recommendable broadly from park newcomers to intermediate riders.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Hybrid rocker
Salomon's 'Rockout Camber' profile — a mixed layout with camber underfoot, flat between the feet and rocker at the tip and tail.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A mid-soft flex, 2 out of 5 on Salomon's own scale. It provides forgiving, playful riding and adapts flexibly to a range of riding styles.

A mid-soft flex (2/5 by Salomon's scale) suits everyone from park newcomers to long-time park riders, but isn't suited to advanced riders who prefer a hard flex.
What the review liked
- ✓A hybrid camber profile optimised for rail lock-in and presses
- ✓Core milling inside the insert pack improves natural flex and pop
- ✓Royal rubber sidewall pads damp vibration and soften impacts
- ✓A twin-tip design usable for multiple purposes from park to all-mountain
What the review found lacking
- —The soft flex is a disadvantage for high-speed carving and hard riding
- —Performance is limited in special terrain such as powder and backcountry
