24/25 · 23/24 season review
This review does not directly cover the 25/26 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
The United Shapes Cadet was one of, if not the, highlight of my riding season. It didn't blow my mind in any one place but always did well to really well in just about every condition — and what did blow my mind was how well it did in deep powder with the set-back inserts.
It truly feels like you're buying two boards instead of one.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Directional camber
Directional camber in a tapered directional shape. With the set-back inserts it does remarkably well in deep powder — it truly feels like you're buying two boards instead of one.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
Medium/stiff with moderate buttering.
