24/25 season review
This review does not directly cover the 25/26 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
A multi-purpose board using directional combination camber, with a forgiving, playful character optimised for park beginners and first-year riders. A sintered base gives it excellent durability and a traditional snowboard feel, and riders with big feet should pick the wide version.
It shows some limits in extreme conditions, but overall it's a well-balanced all-rounder.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Directional camber
A directional combination camber: rocker at the nose and tail tips minimises edge catch, while camber between the feet — set back toward the tail — provides a traditional snowboard feel.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
A happy-medium board with a flex that is neither especially hard nor soft, with versatile characteristics covering both park and freeride.

Intermediate
It suits riders just starting in the park or with about a year of park riding. Its very forgiving, friendly character means intermediates can handle it without pressure, while advanced riders may find it somewhat ordinary.
What the review liked
- ✓A very forgiving, friendly ride character makes it highly accessible
- ✓The sintered base delivers excellent durability and performance
- ✓Nose and tail rocker minimise edge catch and provide playful riding
- ✓Multi-purpose versatility spanning park and all-mountain
What the review found lacking
- —The regular 162 may be too narrow for riders with wide feet (US 10 and above)
- —The nose and tail tend to become unstable (squirrelly) in slushy, bumpy snow
