24/25 season review
This review does not directly cover the 25/26 model you are viewing. Specifications and ride feel may vary by season.
A top-tier big-mountain all-mountain deck replacing the Ultra Flagship, a pro-oriented board with very high stiffness, a fast base and excellent damping. Its mellow hybrid camber and Spoon nose technology give it outstanding powder float and a surfy feel, and it performs at a high level in carving and punching through rough snow too.
The small amount of camber and limited stance options are shortcomings, so it's optimised for advanced riders who want powerful, aggressive riding rather than those focused on ultra-light and pop.

Board profile
The profile describes the curve of the board when viewed from the side.
Hybrid camber
Very mellow camber sits between the insert packs, transitioning into rocker near the reference stance. Early rise and Spoon Nose technology are applied at both the nose and tail, giving a hybrid camber construction where the rocker extends into part of the effective edge.
How stiff is it?Closer to 10 means stiffer. It does not mean better performance.
Very high stiffness, with a tail so hard it barely flexes. The nose is comparatively a touch softer, but overall it's very stiff. Bamboo inserts in the sidewalls improve pop, and buttering is easier than the stiffness would suggest.

Rider levels suggested in the review
Advanced
Very high stiffness, a fast base and powerful riding characteristics suit advanced and pro-level riders. A board for experienced riders who can control a stiff flex, it isn't suitable for beginners or intermediates.
What the review liked
- ✓Very high stiffness and damping deliver excellent penetration through bumpy snow
- ✓A fast base and a mellow 9.1 m sidecut give it outstanding high-speed straight-line performance
- ✓Setback inserts and the Spoon nose deliver excellent powder float and a surfy turn experience
- ✓Excellent edge grip on hard snow, with a disrupted sidecut that doesn't catch on soft snow
- ✓It provides a forgiving ride character relative to its high stiffness
What the review found lacking
- —Less camber than comparable competitors means less spring-out feel through turns
- —The reference stance and setback insert widths are excessively wide, constraining stance setup
- —The spoon nose and tail eat into the effective edge, reducing pure edge performance
- —The high stiffness means you feel some impact on irregular snow
